Refund and Returns Policy

In case you wish to return the purchases delivered to you, the same can be done with Jetaasi’s 7 days hassle-free return policy.

Any item delivered to you is eligible for the return/exchange policy only if-

• The return/exchange request is placed within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The item/items of the order are unworn and unwashed with all the tags intact.
• The delivery package or the items within it are delivered in a damaged condition.
• The item/items have missing parts or accessories.
• The products are different from what was ordered.

Products that are marked as ‘Non-returnable’ on the details page are not eligible for the return/exchange policy.

Due to hygiene issues, the return/exchange policy is not applicable on panties, shapewear, briefs, lingerie wear, and maternity panties.

Products that are a part of combos or packs cannot be returned or exchanged as individual items

Items that you wish to return should be done so in their original condition with the price tags, accessories, and in the original packaging intact.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of item/ items that have been used, washed, solid, damaged, or altered in any form.

Return or Reverse Pickup

In case of return or reverse pickups, the customer will be required to do the same through the Self Ship Mode. Jetaasi will not be responsible for arranging the reverse pickup.
