Shipping Policy

• We, at Jetaasi, have partnered with several reputable courier companies to deliver your products accurately and on time.
• We value our customers’ privacy and ship orders in concealed packaging. The products in the package will not be disclosed on the invoice.
• The excitement of receiving your new lingerie is quite special! Hence, we make sure to dispatch your orders within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. 
• The delivery time frame of your order depends upon your pincode. For major cities, you may expect your order to be delivered within 2 to 3 days and 5 to 7 days in case of suburbs and other locations.
•  Once you place the order and receive the ‘Order dispatched’ confirmation, you can click on the ‘Track Order’ option to track your order.
• In case of multiple items in your order, we shall try to ship all the items together. However, there is a possibility that the items may be shipped separately depending upon the availability of products. The same shall be conveyed via an email.
• Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 499, while a fixed shipping charge of Rs. 75 will be charged for orders below Rs. 499.
• For orders with Cash on Delivery option, a convenience fee of Rs. 35 will be charged. However, no convenience fee will be levied in case of Debit/Credit card, net banking, or any other prepaid mode of payment.
